Liberty eliminates the Internet cap for OneLink Communications customers
Liberty Puerto Rico has just given their new OneLink Communications customers their first Christmas gift. Effective immediately, Liberty eliminates Internet use cap and automatic contract renewal. Service rates will remain the same.
These are the first of many improvements that Liberty Puerto Rico has in store for its new customer base. The Internet cap removal was one of the most highly anticipated changes, given high Internet use rates on the island.
“Internet use has increased significantly in Puerto Rico and having quick and easy access to it has become a necessity in Puerto Rican daily life,” said Naji Khoury, managing director at Liberty Puerto Rico. “Eliminating the Internet cap was one of the things that our new customer base requested fervently and we listened. This was always a top priority for us.”
OneLink customers should continue to use OneLink’s customer service numbers and offices until further notice. Should they have any questions, they can call (787) 250-7780 or access the Noticias Liberty section at Liberty Puerto Rico’s webpage www.libertypr.com. Likewise, Liberty Puerto Rico’s customers should also continue using Liberty’s own customer service numbers and offices.
